GENERATIONS AGAINST BULLYING
Sadie was raised in Kentucky to be a puppy mill mother. When the owner was through with her, she was shot twice and left for dead. We turned Sadie’s story into a vehicle to talk to kids about the dangers of bullying, the good in people who stand up for those bullied and how that kindness can change a life.
PATIENTS RIGHT ACTION FUND
The mere conversation about legalizing assisted suicide jeopardizes millions of vulnerable people. Jackie lost her daughter Shawn when she mixed a cocktail that was shared in a group chat on a website that discusses the pro’s of dying by suicide. I had to do this video interview by Zoom and I just wanted to reach through my screen to Pennsylvania and give this woman a hug.
FOREST COUNTY POTAWATOMI
For the Potawatomi Nation, every member is sacred to the future of the tribe. Our campaign echoed the efforts of the entire community to bring opioid addicts back to the beat of the circle, find treatment and reconnect them with their heritage of healing. To hate the addiction, but to love the addict without judgment.
GENERATIONS AGAINST BULLYING
Victims of bullying need to know they’re loved and have so much to contribute to life. And for bystanders, they need the tools and courage to become “upstanders” who sees wrong and acts. With kids of my own now I look back at this video in an entirely new light.
BUILD THE BRIDGE
Working for a cause close to home for me – literally. I used to cross the Ambassador Bridge from Detroit into Windsor to kick around in high school. And to look in awe of their brightly-colored money.

When the Florida Seminole tribe wanted to build a casino in Wisconsin there were plenty of native tribes here in the state that had concerns.
